We have been using PressureJet high-pressure pumps at Raajratna Metal for cleaning after pickling, where the environment is highly acidic. Initially, we were operating an NPM1525 pump with a brass head, but due to the acidic nature of the process, there were concerns about material compatibility. The PressureJet team understood our application in detail and modified the pump with an SS 316 head. Since this modification, the pump has been working smoothly from April 2025 till date without any issues, even in our acidic cleaning-after-pickling application.
